1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the software or service provided through https://playclassicminesweeper.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use or access the software.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Minesweeper game and any related content available on the Site for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Use the software in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Ownership

5. Updates and Modifications

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
